These terms apply to Green Core Waste enquiries, quotes, bookings, collections, invoices and client portal use.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information, photos, access notes and waste details supplied by the customer. Extra waste, difficult access, parking restrictions, heavy items or restricted disposal routes may change the final price.
Bookings and access
Customers must ensure safe access to the waste and provide accurate collection details. If parking, stairs, lifts or access restrictions apply, these should be shared before booking.
Payments
Invoices and payment terms are managed through the Green Core Waste CRM and client portal. Payment methods can include bank transfer, cash or card machine where available.
Waste responsibility
Customers should disclose any hazardous, restricted or specialist waste before collection so the correct disposal route can be confirmed.
